I am trying to get back into the swing of things... I will have to back track and add in more previous journals later....
So I finally made it to the gym. I went to Danny’s yesterday but finally went on my own today. Well, not really on my own… Kaysea & Lisa were there, thankfully. Kaysea had a meeting at 9:30am so she could only do her stairs. Lisa wasn’t to be there until 9 so I did stairs with Kaysea. I started with my normal level 5 but within seconds I had to lower it all the way down. I am just still so tired. I finish my 12min and did another 17 or so. When Lisa came I made her join us for 5 mins :oD, haha. She will never want to be my friend after this haha.
Today I had Rachel P. say I looked great… she’s always so nice. I’m still frustrated about gaining but must realize I’m still building muscle so as soon as the fat comes off I will look awesome.
I notice more and more how my fat seems to be hanging off me. Its like I have my muscle there with a wiggly jiggly sack of flubber encased by skin. It’s gross but exciting in a morbid way.
I sure hope I start feeling even better soon. I want to be back to normal and exercising. Tonight I can barely talk without coughing. It’s feels so heavy in my chest. Like I’m breathing thick air. I sure hope I get to sleep quickly tonight. I hated last night.
Food:
Breakfast: 20g carb toast, Jiff (I finally got to the store, tonight, to exchange). I fixed eggs but they smelled HORRIBLE (I think the last thing I cooked in the cast iron skillet flavored it… not in a good way). So I fed it to Lilly and had protein shake (treating myself with some milk)
MM Glutamine, MM Omega, multi, C, Bosswella, glucosamin
Snack: blueberry protein shake w/ glutamine
Lunch: turkey subway sandwich w/ only ½ the bread, Omega
Snack: 40g sourdough bread french toast

Lisa did these with me :oD I’m so proud of her. She is doing so well.
Cardio ~
*Stairs 30mins or so
Weights ~
*Cable Punches 22.5 or 27lbs, right into cable tricep pull downs 32.5lb
*Curls 17.5lbs
*Flies 75 or 80lbs for the first set (then lowered to 65lb because I was so worn out)
*Elbow plank 30sec
*Ab ball exercises from yesterday. Hands and feet in air like a dead cockroach, holding pilates ball between them. Opposite leg & arm lower to ground (while others hold the ball in place), reverse leg & arm. Then the next set of exercise was holding the ball with your feet while lowering your arms and legs to the ground and back up. Passing the ball to my hands and lowering again. Repeating.
