It feels so good to be back training hard. Though I have to keep myself off the stairs :o( and watch my movements (jumping, twisting, full sit ups) I have been kick'n it! But I am sooooooooo sore that I can barely move haha.
I did HIIT workout with my legs on Monday. It was so hard. I felt drugged. Why? Sugar. Sugar. Oh and Easter Candy. It was the worst feeling. I had Easter candy for my cheat meal on Sunday.... This is why I am having no more cheat meals LOL. I only get sick. Arg. :oD
Yesterday, trained with Danny, did arms and 1hr treadmill. My arms were shaking and jello-y. I thought for sure i would feel it today. But NO. I am still sore from Monday's legs. Crazy, I didn't think I did much because I was so O.D.ed.
Today, trained with Danny, legs w/ HIIT & 45min elliptical & then walked with a friend for 30-45min around block.
Danny had me do her 3rd challenge she made up. Man, I was slow but it was good considering I haven't done much cardio or weights for 3 weeks.
Pop Squats on step (modified for me)
Mt. Climbers
Jump rope (modified to squats)
Straddle planks
Falling push-ups
You do 50 each, 40 each, 30, 20, 10
