I swear I must be trying to get out of working out LOL.
So a quick run down of the last 3 weeks... Wow it's been 3 weeks!!!.. I got REALLY sick for about a week. During that time because of the lack of exercise etc.. My back flared up (herniated disc) and I was in a lot of pain. Long story short I wanted to give up. Put a fork in me, I was done. I wasn't eating completely well. I couldn't do anything and thus I was depressed. House looked like a tornado hit. i was in charge of a huge scouting event I was given 2 weeks to do it in. Kids fighting and a husband working long hours...
So thankfully I got better just over a week later, but my back has just started to feel mostly pain free since Tuesday. YEA!!!! I can start going to the gym again. Though I won't be able to do the 1hr of stairs for a while longer I could still do other things. So excited to be back on track.... Then.....
Last night while out walking to loosen my back i stepped on uneven cement and sprained my ankle! Go figure!!! I don't think I have ever sprained anything. I have broken plenty but never sprained. My chiropractor just laughed at me. My trainer rolled her eyes and laughed. What else can you do LOL?
So much to learn and so little time. I just must be spot on my meals. And start a lot more swimming for a few days. I do feel completely grateful because I still lost 1.6lb this week without exercising (other than the trainer 2x).
So i am back .. again. I feel like I say that a lot :oD Well..
Never give up. Endure to the end. And as they say on Hook "Blow 'em outta the water!" We can so do this!!!

So sorry, you sound like me. First the pinched nerve and the other day lying in bed stretched and in between my shoulder blades hurts,I heard it crunch. Ouch! Stay with it. Diet can help you lose without exercise but it helps to get those muscles working so they can burn fat. Great job!By Rachel Little on April 24, 2011 8:42pm
