While flipping thru the Maxformation contestants to see people's progress I found that there are 710 registered contestants! Wow. How exciting.
Unfortunately, the more I looked the less I found "active" contestants. It saddens my heart that so many of us have started but not continued. Now I'm figuring there are about 100 of us left. (makes it sound like an end of the world journal or something haha)
I feel for those other 600+. I wish they could have ALL made it this far. Seeing the changes that have come about; the things learned; the lives changed; the friends made.... All because of Max Muscle's Maxformation contest and the commitment we all have to have carried this far.
I am so proud of ALL of you! I am excited for myself but more so for so many people (meaning you) who have mad such big changes. I'm thankful for the friendships blossoming and the struggles we have helped each other through. Thank YOU!
Now to get others on board.... Probably not for this contest but in general. We have learned so much and now have the responsibility to help others.
I wish everyone could know the secrets to their own success. Miss America Pageant answer, "I wish that one day we all are fit, healthy and happy. This would make world peace." We would be happy forever! hehe. Now go out there and change the world! Never give up but always have fun!

I like the way Thall thinks!!! Rachel, I feel the same way about the others. I'm especially saddend by a recent contestant that decided to opt out and just do the final measurements. We ALL tried to help this person and I know we still want to, but sometimes it just isn't their time for change.

some people feel like they just can't do it any more, or they get tired of eating this and can't have that, my own family has told me they could never eat what i do, cuz they like alot of the foods i don't eat, lots of sugary high fat high carb foods that now i can't see myself eating.-
