I have been a wife to a wonderful supportive husband for the last 12 yrs. A mother of 3 FABulous kids for the past 10 yrs. I am privileged to be able to stay home with them. Though I stay home I am VERY busy between life, family & church. And LOVING (almost) every minute :oD

Sandy's 8 Week Challenge



This is not an official challenge by MM but lets set a goal 3 or 5 goals we need to continue on this Transformation.
If you want in add your name to the bottom of this journal and post to your journal. You have until July 5 to set your goals and post them on your Journal it is about accountability and a friendly challenge. ARE YOU IN.

I'm with Sandy here :oD

I'm going on a trip with my husband in Sept/Oct and want to be even better than I am now.

My husband says not to make weight related goals because we can't control what the scale says but we can control what we put in our mouth and what we do in the gym. Thus I will try to make them not weight related.

1) Plan and prepare meals regularly. Mark will be done with busy season soon and I will have to get back to fixing him meals too. However, this time he will be following the same general meal plan as I will so it will be interesting but fun.

2) Continue going to the gym 5 days a week. Cardio (preferably the stairmaster) for 1hr and weights 4 days a week.

3) Learn more meals to make healthier lunches for my children.

4) Participate in at least two active family outings a month.

I'm sure I will come up with more later. Good luck everyone!! We have come so far to quit now. NEVER GIVE UP! It will be fun to do this next challenge.
