I have been a wife to a wonderful supportive husband for the last 12 yrs. A mother of 3 FABulous kids for the past 10 yrs. I am privileged to be able to stay home with them. Though I stay home I am VERY busy between life, family & church. And LOVING (almost) every minute :oD

Workouts with Kiddos!!

     So this is a video I received in the Polar Newsletter for last month. This lady was a finalist for something through Polar but I loved the way her workouts were creative with her daughter. So I thought I would share.
      So many of us have children we get to tend for but what better way to show them our love then being the best example we can. Bonus for them... they get to play outside or at the park, which what kid doesn't like that!!!
Ps. The swing idea was my favorite.
Ppss. I just realized how many times I said "so". haha So I guess I better work on not saying that. :oD
