Last week was hard because of how sick I was. I finally am perfectly back on track with my food today. I was looking forward to working out (cardio) today but ran out of time. I did get to workout with Danny. Tomorrow will just be a long day at the gym to make up for today. Yeah.
Here is my new prep program:
1 Tbs MM Liquid Carn
Meal 1
4 egg whites + 1 whole egg (25g P, 9g F)
Lawry's seasoning
40 g oatmeal (25-27g C)
70 g blackberries (8-9g C)
Meal 2
1 scoop Protein (20-25g P)
140g frozen rasberries (15g C)
15 g raw almonds (8g F)
dash cinnamon
Meal 3
100g chicken breast (30g P)
150g sweet potatoes (40g C)
1c zucchini & pickles
Meal 4
100g chicken breast (30g P)
55g avocado (8g)
1 c. pickles & radishes
Meal 5
100g chicken breast (30g P)
2 tsp. extra-virgin olive oil (9g F)
1 c veggies and salad
Meal 6
1 scoop Protein (20-25g P)
15g Natural Peanut Butter (8g F)
2 MM Omega 3
1 Vit C
1 Acidophilus
MM Glutamine
1 Glucosamine
1 Multivitamin
