I have our Pinewood Derby tomorrow! I'm over 130 boys. Should be fun.
Just realized that I still need to put my food together for tomorrow so I don't get munchie. I will have to do that first thing in the morning.
Did 40min training with Danny & only 45min of cardio :o/
Tomorrow will be better (I hope.) I will have to really push the cardio in. I don't know when i will get it in.
Cardio was upped to 70min/6days/wk. Tweeked the meal plan. Looking forward to changes.

Yeah only 45, haha. When I'm use to 1hr and now she has me upping my cardio.
