I am still so sore from Friday. I can’t believe it. I am also really tired. Today started out great. I wore what I wore last Sunday; I think I looked hot, haha. Then I had a breakdown.
This is soooo hard. Training constantly. I have ignored my friends and not nourished the friendships. And I’m not even “training” for anything major. I’m scared to what it would be like if I was. Thankfully, Mark came out of Primary to talk with me for a bit and find out what was going on. He helped some. I’m just being emotional right now, I guess….
Food
Breakfast: whole wheat pancake & eggs
Lunch: whole wheat pancake (no syrup), grapefruit, protein shake
Snack: tasted a ½ mozzarella ball & a few bites of chuck roast to see how it turned out.
Dinner: chicken salad with vinaigrette dressing & a sucker made from honey
Snack: plan on pb & protein shake

Let your friends know what you are doing and ask them to not take it personally. This is a major lifestyle change for most of us and we need to take the time to focus on "us". Maybe your friends could join you in the gym for some fun?!?

I'm sorry you're feeling blue :( I know how focus we can get on training and that's okay because you're doing something for yourself, that is good for you. It's really hard all around but in the end it will be worth it. You're going to feel great and look great, although you seem to already look HOT :) keep your head up and stay focus on what you want, it will be okay! :) Hugs to you my friend! xo
