Snack: ~1c mixed frozen fruit, 2 scoops protein shake
Lunch: ~20g carb of wheat bread, 4oz deli turkey (& a couple chucks of chicken breast because I didn't have quite enough turkey to make the 4oz), bean sprouts, ½ tomato, pickle spear, mustard, 1 grapefruit
Snack: 5oz canned tuna, 1Tbs mayo, spicy brown mustard, pickle spear, celery stalk, garlic granules, sea salt, peper, 27g carb multi-grain crackers
Dinner: 5oz chicken, salad, bean sprouts, cucumber, 1/2 tomato, 2-3Tbs vinaigrette dressing. I was gagging it down so i still need to finish it. I will probably have it with my bedtime snack.
Snack: 1Tbs pb & 2 scoops of protein
I usually am hungry shortly after dinner (like it digests fast) and also very hungry in the mornings. I have usually dealt with this and it has been tolerable but is it ok or should I change anything? or deal with it if I can?
Did a great exercise with Danny today. Had a great day talking about food. Learned a lot about food. Danny wants to control what i eat but i don't like it so I fight it. I am ready for her to control. I will lose faster. I need that. I'm not sure she feels confident in me winning anymore. I need to prove her wrong. haha
