That's why we invited me. Jk
Thanks to Joel's comment.
I realized I'm not enjoying the process right now like I use too.
I will have to adjust things to make it fun again.
Any tips? :o)

A new workout. A new pair of weird shoes. Try saying turkey muffin five times fast. Whatever it takes, and if there's anything I can do to help, let me know. Working out should be fun. Turkey muffin, turkey muffin, turkey muffin...I can't even type it five times fast.By Donna Jones on May 16, 2011 1:19pm
i think we all go through these times. i know i did. maybe it is time to change things up; maybe you are getting bored with what you are doing. Every party has a pooper and Rachel isn't going to be the pooper!By Christina B. on May 16, 2011 5:20am
Everyone has pretty much summed it up so all I have it add is, you'll have times where you just don't feel it, or wonder why you're doing this. But the awesome feelings far outweight the "pooper" feelings. Stay with it!By KarlCobra on May 16, 2011 4:45am
Such great advice. This is about transformation. Yo uget to decide what that means to you. Live your life for yourslef and what makes you happy. This is about a contest today but what is it about on July 1st? You have to comfortable with youBy mikecalhoun on May 16, 2011 4:41am
Rachel, you can do this!!! you have it in you to do this, take a step back re evaluate if need be but don't give up!! not only do this for you, but for your family friends show them that living a healthy lifestyle can be done!! you are there role model, keep up the hard work you have already put into this!! if you give up and throw the towel in, it would be like you never did anything at all!! so i have faith in you, you can and will do it and get it done!!By Kim Stumpf on May 15, 2011 10:14pm
Rachel!!! Believe me when I say that you are sooo not alone in the love/hate relationship with "the process"!! I have felt like I developed an OCD more so now than ever before re: food...because it really feels like sometimes that is all I think about! Did I get enough protein in that meal, was that all the carbs for the day, and etc.. I decided to throw some different things in to make it not seem like I was working out all the time (i.e. Hot Yoga & Latin Dance classes). The way I see it is, if it's not fun or at least tickles your brain, you aren't gonna want to do it & stick to it. This transformation is about making life changing habits, find what you can see yourself gleefully (ok maybe that was too strong of a word LOL)/decidedly doing because it makes you happy & you can involve others too(you know to add more flavor!). Ask Danny if you can mix it up at your training sessions. I believe in you & certainly believe if you get creative about this it will become fun again!!By Erin Keith on May 15, 2011 9:29pm
Rachel....I have had to take a step back myself to re-evaluate why I was doing this. I think we get caught up in the moment and forget to live for today. I spend so much time on myself that I forget about the other important things in my life. My family & friends! I think we all need to find a balance of being happy, living a healthy lifestyle and doing what works for us. Hang in there sweety!

I was the party pooper and was set straight, no quitters here, hang in there you can do this. This is a life change, screw the contest, do this for you because you want to be healthy and you have to many things left to do and you want to be able to do not sit on the sidelines and watch. You can do this!!!
