What is up with the MAX site today?! It has been so slow and now I can't even get it up. So sorry for not reading everyone's posts today. Wish I could get it going, hopefully tomorrow. Thankfully, I had this journal open from earlier I sure hope it posts tonight.
Today has been great so far 80min of cardio done. Weights done. Food is good so far, just need to go eat in a minute. House is mostly clean and the laundry is going. Yea!
Arg. I can't seem to get some pictures up. I put my then (July '10) and now (may '11) side by side but I can't get it to show in my photos album. Any suggestions? It says it uploaded but then doesn't show anything.
Well, Have a fabulous night and day tomorrow. Time to kick it in the gym tomorrow too!! You guys ROCK!! Keep going and have fun!!!

Since I have been so off base lately I am going to start forcing myself to post my food and workout. This way I know there is no sneaking a bite of something here or there haha.
MealsBreakfast
5 egg whites, 14g cheese, onions & celery, 45g yogurt
Snack
100g frozen fruit, 20g protein in shake, cocoa powder, 15g cashews
Lunch
bell pepper & i think I missed this one
Snack
tuna 10g protein, 20g protein shake, 1Tbs mayo, celery, onions, pickles, a couple crasians, bell pepper
Dinner
Running out the door so only had 30g protein in greek yogurt
Snack
veggie omelet, 15g cheese
Supps
MM Glutamine, MM Omega 3 x2, MM liquidcarn x2, multi vit, vit c, acidophilous ,
WorkoutCardio
80 treadmill.
2-3min 3mph @ 15% incline. 0% incline at 3.5mph for about 5min then back up. Etc.
45min walking with a neighbor
Weights
Hip Adduction 15x3 215lbs (had to lower it the last 2 sets to 210 then 190. It's been awhile since doing them)
Hip Abduction 15x3 180lbs
Lat pull down 12x3 90lb
Rows 12x3 80lbs
Bicep curls 12x3 25lbs
Hamstrings I did yesterday with Danny so I didn't do them today.

I had the same problem once - it ended up being a file name issue - it didn't like "/" or some other punctuation in the file name. It said it would load but then nothing would be there (or nmaybe all it showed was the dreaded "little red x". I solved it by formatting the date mm-dd-yy instead of mm/dd/yy.
