Proud

I have been very proud of myself and what I have accomplished, over the last year but a few days ago I realized how proud I was of my body. Holy Crap it has changed so much!!! Woohoo! I can't believe it. :oD
AnyWay....

Well, as long as I get ALL my meals in the no carbs thing is going decent. It's not may favorite but I'm doing it... Okay, I missed a meal and was really hungry and grabbed a pb&j sandwich... (My mistake Christina :o) you were right haha)

Did HIIT with swimming the last two days. That has been fun. Does anyone know any other good HIIT workouts that don't include running (I can't run because of my back)?

Get to go get my hair done tomorrow with Katie McCormick. So excited. It really needs a good cut. Don't know what I'm going to do with it yet. I will see what see thinks.

Good night MM peeps! Have a great night! Until tomorrow...

Ps. Another 'small' thing I noticed.. putting my hand on the steering wheel pushes my wedding ring up and there is a large gap between my ring and finger!!! Small things are awesome!!!

You are looking so good, I don't think I would recognize you from your "beginning" photo to now. Way to go you deserve to be proud!!!! And it sure feels good to do your body good, doesn't it? Most of my HIIT involves running of some kind but for awhile I would walk around the gym with high knees and pump my arms around way up high to down at my sides really fast, round and round and round. That gets your heart rate up quickly, too, and then you just drop to a regular walk and then start all over. I did it because of knee problems. And don't forget, some carbs are good and necessary!

Get some PB2! they have it at MM. Very low fat, tastes great. Good dip for veggies if you like that kind of thing. Also a great "peanutty sauce" with chicken, etc. I won't even go into my wierd Asian food applications!

I am a fan of peanut butter myself. I usually will have 1 tblspn about every other day. Good source of protein and good fats.

Dope!!!! The “really hungry” gets you EVERY time!!!! Good job being honest with us, and yourself!!! Does the elliptical hurt your back? If not you can get a really good HIIT workout from that also, just set the resistance really high for your “all out” times (I see people going really fast with no resistance, that isn’t doing anything!!).

BTW, I am super proud of you, too!!!

Isn't it funny that our jewelry gets loose first. I know my rings and watch are looser.

PB&J has definitely been an enemy of mine throughout this comp. I CRAVE IT! Sometimes just a tablespoon of organic peanut butter does the trick!
    Hugs, Clarity & Strength...Erin

You should be proud!!! I had to get my ring resized and a link or two taken out of my watch band. 2 problems I'm happy to say I have
